•What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days for a return authorization number and address to send your return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non refundable. There are no refunds on custom orders.
•Do you allow for exchanges?
We would be happy to. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us within 7 days. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to return along with the item(s) you wish to receive. Shipping fees and any price differences will be handled accordingly.
•What happens when I place an order?
Once we receive your order, we send you a confirmation email and begin work on your items – according to your specifications. Your items will ship within 2-7 days of your order being submitted. Orders are shipped with the carrier of your choosing at checkout.
•Do you offer gift wrapping?
All items are packaged with a Jewelry Tag or in a jewelry box with a cotton insert, tarnish tabs, and with a bow. If you have a preference or are looking for something in particular, please email us.
